Into the swing of things

A gorgeous spring afternoon in Oslo today. Hard to believe it was only 4 days since we had 3 inches of snow!

While playing along with my friend's kids in their backyard, I just couldn't help myself getting a little carried away. After being reassured the kids' swings were certified for "elephants", I tapped into my inner childish spirit and had a go at it. Must be at least ten years since I last did this:

My friend's daughter and her pal had fun too, after "auntie" brought along things that are usually totally off-limits:

Wearing: Volcom T-shirt, Levi's jeans, Converse Allstars and Ray-Ban sunglasses.

  9. Thank you all! I'm trying to get around to everybody else's blogs, too, and now it looks like I'll have plenty of time to do so.

I've been to the hospital today and my surgery is scheduled within 2-3 weeks. I still have to wait for the exact date. Until the tumor has been taken out, they can't say for sure what it is, even if they suspect the worst. However, the surgery collides with my end of semester exams, which now will be postponed until August. I'm officially on summer vacation as of now and until then. That should at least give me plenty of time for blogwriting and reading.

  10. Glad to hear that you now have a confirmed date for the operation. I'm sure that makes ypou feel a tiny bit less worried.... Shows that thinks are moving along rather than wait for doctors to return calls etc. I Hope it all goes well, my sweet friend, and I look forward to reading more on your blog here until such time. You look lovely and gay in these pictures. Amazing what the sun does to one's mood;-)

  14. Hi girl:)
Are you up for a challenge?

How much does your online, and blogging life interact with your real life?
Is it a big part of it?
    Is it really separate?
Or is your blog a mechanism to improve your real life or your business?

    I will answer mine tomorrow:)

Have a great evening . sp
